Client identity
A named client requires explicit publication permission. Anonymous descriptions must not contain clues that create an unauthorised identification.
How Ultras Automation distinguishes verified client evidence, testimonials, illustrative workflows, estimates and unsupported claims.
Review the Standards ↗We do not invent customer names, testimonials, screenshots, implementation histories or performance figures. A public case study requires appropriate permission and documentation of the starting point, delivered scope, measurement period and evidence source.
Confidential work may be described only at a level permitted by the client and must not imply an identity or result that cannot be disclosed.
A named client requires explicit publication permission. Anonymous descriptions must not contain clues that create an unauthorised identification.
The original process, measurement definition, implemented systems and relevant exclusions should be documented.
Operational or commercial changes require a defined period and suitable records, with external factors disclosed where relevant.
Testimonials must come from a real authorised person and should not be edited in a way that changes meaning.
Reference architectures are labelled clearly and do not claim a client, deployment or achieved outcome.
Projections are assumptions, not guarantees, and should identify the inputs and uncertainty behind them.
